Made using the world-famous Damask Rose extract from the Bulgarian Valley of the Roses, this Elixir evokes a time of unparalleled grandeur and sophistication. This extract from Bulgaria is sourced directly where the Damask Rose extract is produced only 2 to 6 weeks every summer, depending on the length of the summer season. Each day, the delicate rose petals are picked by hand before dawn, when the dew point is at its peak, and the fragrance and flavors of the roses are the strongest. The same day, the rose petals are extracted and it takes over 1,000 petals to make just 1 ounce of this pure extract
