Mulled Cider Spices Wassail Kit – 3 Oz – Brews 3 Gallons

Mulled Cider Spices Wassail Kit helps you turn ordinary apple cider, ale, or mead into a piping hot batch of wassail, a drink traditionally consumed during the holidays or winter (think of the song Here We Come A-wassailing).

This kit comes with 3 oz of spices made from cinnamon sticks, cut ginger, and ground nutmeg, plus three muslin spice bags with drawstrings. It can make up to 3 gallons of wassail.

Just fill one of the bags with 1/3 cup of spices and add it to a gallon of the beverage you want to turn into wassail. 

For a Gallon Brew:

• Fill a pot with 1 gallon of fresh apple cider, or ale, or mead
• Fill spice bag with ⅓ cup of wassail spices.
• Add spices and ½ cup sugar (if desired)
• Simmer at low heat for 1 to 2 hours
• Serve hot or chilled
