Orange Clove Hot Toddy Kit – 3 Oz – Brews 3 Gallons

The Orange Clove Hot Toddy Kit comes with 3 oz of spices and a trio of muslin spice bags for you to mix them into your hot cocktail easily. The spice mix is made from orange peel, roasted chicory, and cloves and includes cinnamon sticks. Just fill the spice bag with a tablespoon of spices and then steep it in 1 cup boiling water before adding your spirit (whiskey, rum, or brandy), honey, and other additional ingredients to create your tasty Hot Toddy.

The Hot Toddy is a winter warmer cocktail that gets its name from the toddy drink in India made from fermented palm tree sap. It became known as a drink from liquor, hot water, sugar, and spices.

The Hot Toddy spice mix comes with enough ingredients to brew up to 3 gallons. 

Instructions for a Single Serving:

• Fill spice bag with 1 tablespoon spices
• Add spice bag and 1 cup boiling water to a glass tumbler
• Steep spices 5 minutes, then remove spice bag
• Add 1 teaspoon honey
• Stir in 2 ounces of whiskey, rum, or brandy
• Top off the glass with boiling water, serving steaming hot with a cinnamon stick
